What you need to know about Grace Health Center
Health Center Grace Health will be closing its doors in the coming weeks.
The medical center was one of the first medical facilities to expand its services and now offers a wide range of services to patients, including mental health and substance abuse treatment.
Grace’s new owners have decided to close the health center in 2018, according to a statement from the medical center.
It will be moved to the new Grace Health Community Health Center.
Gracie Health was the first health center to offer a 24-hour emergency department and a 24/7 wellness center.
The center was also one of only two medical facilities in Illinois to offer comprehensive mental health services, including crisis intervention, 24-Hour Crisis Intervention Center (HIC) and Crisis Intervention Team (CIT).
The facility has been open for nearly 30 years and the only medical facility in the county to offer full service 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
