What we know about the coronavirus outbreak in the U.S.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is now reporting a sharp increase in coronaviruses in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas, the AP reports.
The AP also notes that two deaths have been confirmed in California and five have been reported in New York City.
The U.K. is also seeing a rise in cases.

Here’s what we know:According to the CDC, more than 9,700 people were diagnosed with coronaviroc infections in the United States in October and November.
The first two coronaviral cases were reported in the southern part of the country in October, with the rest of the U, S., and Canada seeing cases between late October and early November.
